How do I change or cancel my order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our easy return policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

– Fur station offers several payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard,

Discover and American Express cards. 

How can I track my package?

– In your shipping confirmation email, you’ll receive a link to the tracking history. From there, you can monitor your package’s progress until it’s delivered to your door. Depending on the shipping method selected, you can visit USPS.com or FedEx.com to enter the tracking number emailed to you.

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

– If you do not receive an email from Fur Station within a few hours of placing your order please check your Spam folder, or maybe the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. If you still need assistance, please contact our Customer Care team.

Shipping Info

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from furstation.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. Fur Station does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24-48 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information.

Return Policy

Return by Mail

Please print and fill out our return slip or include your original packing slip with the item(s) being returned. Kindly note that without including your order number on the returns slip or with your returned item(s) there may be a delay in processing your return.

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unaltered.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

 

Damaged Items

If you could kindly print and fill out a detailed description and return it along with the damaged item, we will issue you store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for packages that get lost in transit. 

Once we receive your package, we will email you an E-Gift Card in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return (up to $10.00 USD provided you also include a copy of the receipt itemizing the return shipping cost).
